This policy covers refunds for paid CV Architect subscriptions, operated by Omar Sakr (sole proprietor, Egypt).
30-day money-back guarantee
Not happy with a charge? Email us within 30 days of that payment and we will refund it in full. No questions asked. This applies to every card payment made through our checkout, including monthly renewals. Company plans billed by invoice follow the terms agreed in the invoice or contract.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your plan page. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
How to request a refund
Email contact@falakeg.com from the address on your account with the approximate payment date. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through the processor that charged you (Creem or Paymob). The time to appear on your statement depends on your bank, usually a few business days.
