These terms govern your use of CV Architect, an online CV builder operated by Omar Sakr (sole proprietor, Egypt). By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country.

The service

CV Architect lets you create, edit, and download CVs in Arabic and English. The free plan includes one CV with full editing; editing locks after you download that CV as a PDF. Paid plans remove these limits as described on our pricing page.

Plans and billing

Pro is $5 per month. Company plans use custom per-seat pricing, billed annually by invoice. Prices are charged in EGP at our current conversion rate.
Card payments are processed by our payment partners: Creem (acting as merchant of record, so your purchase contract for the transaction is with Creem) or Paymob, depending on the payment method offered at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Your content

You own the content you put into your CVs. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display it back to you and generate your PDFs. You are responsible for making sure your content is accurate and lawful.

Acceptable use

Do not use CV Architect to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload false information about other people, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

AI features

Some features (such as AI-assisted CV writing and CV analysis) are powered by third-party AI models. CV Architect is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any AI model provider. AI output can contain mistakes; review anything it generates before using it in a real application.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features over time.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes of job applications. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the changes.
